This is designed for people who want to achieve greater success for their organisation by communicating as a team. Positive messages put over simply are easily understood and acted upon. Using motor sport as the theme – changing wheels or even driving blindfold requires clear communication – we’ll show how you can get the results if everyone understands exactly what needs to be done.

Exercises
Delegates will be filmed and recorded for training purposes both within the classroom environment and participating in the Motorsport exercises. The Motorsport exercises are perfect tools to see how delegates interact, communicate and adopt the right tone with each other which will relate directly with their relationship back in the work place.
Exclusive days are £3500 + VAT for up to 10 delegates and £350 per delegate thereafter.
Alternatively, on selected Open Day dates, the courses can accommodate individual and smaller numbers joining with other companies delegates at a rate of £350 + VAT per person (subject to demand)
