Who For:
All participants who work as an established team, a new team or a team with new members.
Purpose
To enable the team members to understand what motivates them, and importantly, what motivates the others within their team. These same traits are identical for a successful business team. The programme is designed to develop understanding, knowledge and bonding amongst fellow colleagues.
Objectives
The team will learn about the need for consistency, accuracy, persistence and smoothness, all the traits required for a successful racing driver and team. Using the unique CAPS formula you will be prepared at the start line for an exhilarating fast and smooth drive to the chequered flag.
Results
At the end of the day, participants will have:
- Clarity on their foundation of Consistency and an appreciation of what motivates individuals.
- An understanding of the benefits of Accuracy and how this can be utilised in the workplace towards a winning performance.
- Discovered and explored how Persistence creates dynamic changes and new roads to total success.
- The cap on and appreciate the process of consolidating the learning and development from the day. Commitment to action will enable a drive round the circuit with expert Smoothness focusing only on the winning flag.
Motorsport Exercises
Exercises involve delegates learning how to interact, communicate and lead through our group pit-stop challenge and team performance challenge on the kart track. Activities will be observed, filmed and played back to the group to help the learning and development process.

Exclusive days are £2500 + VAT for up to 10 delegates and £250 per delegate thereafter.
Alternatively, on selected Open Day dates, the courses can accommodate individual and smaller numbers joining with other companies delegates at a rate of £250 + VAT per person (subject to demand)
