Structuring Continuous Improvement – One Day
Who for:
Managers and team leaders responsible for performance improvement
Purpose:
To enable delegates to be both proactive and creative in focussing resources to reduce wastage, improve quality, reduce lead times and increase the satisfaction of internal and external customers. The programme will increase the skill base of the organisation and deliver techniques for business improvement and internal development processes.
Objectives:
Delegates will learn:
- How to set critical objectives for reducing wastage
- How to set up a continuous improvement team
- How to mobilise team and individual ideas
- How to choose the best solutions from a range of options
Results:
Delegates will have:
- Learned and practiced four continuous improvement techniques and learned how to facilitate these within their teams
- Created a check list to identify who needs to be involved and in what capacity
- Set up an improvement project in the workplace
Motorsport Benchmarking
Exercises involve delegates solving problems created through classroom exercises, group pit-stop challenge exercises and team performance challenge on the kart track. Exercises designed to introduce and practice a number of continuous improvement methods within the group to optimise outputs and performance. Evaluation effects and benefits will be practiced. Continuous improvement through ongoing feedback and review.
Exclusive days are £3500 + VAT for up to 10 delegates and £350 per delegate thereafter
Alternatively, on selected Open Day dates, the courses can accommodate individual and smaller numbers joining with other companies delegates at a rate of £350 + VAT per person (subject to demand)
