Terms & Conditions
- All group events must be secured with a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
- All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The balance of the event must be paid before or on the day of the event.
- The full event fee is payable for any individual who attends the pre-event briefing. At exclusive events the clients are liable for the full event fee for the minimum number of driver as published in the price list.
- Cheques are only accepted up to the value of the cheque guarantee card.
- Knockhill Karting reserve the right to amend or cancel any activity on the day due to extreme weather conditions, late arrival of guests, or other factors out with our control.
- All karting events are non-exclusive for any booking with less than 25 drivers; the event run will either be a 100-lap or 150-lap endurance race depending on final driver numbers.
- Knockhill Karting reserves the right to refuse admission to any person, without giving reason. We also advise that the consumption of alcohol is strictly forbidden.
- The customer is liable for the full price of buffet booked.
- Karting is not suitable for anyone with heart or breathing difficulties, back or neck problems, pregnant women or people with a nervous disposition.
DRIVER/PLAYER INFORMATION
- All drivers must attend the pre-event safety briefing.
- All drivers must wear trainers or other sensible footwear.
- No alcohol is to be consumed before or during events.
- Karting group events operate with a minimum age of 16 years. Height restrictions also apply.
- Anyone who’s driving causes harm to other drivers or damage to the kart will be disqualified from the event. No refund will be given, and the marshal’s decision will be final.
