Due to maternity leave, Knockhill Racing Circuit has a vacancy for someone to join a small and enthusiastic team who are responsible for the sales, administration and customer care for all driving experience days, trackdays and karting events.
The role has a lot of day to day variety including:
Answering calls and selling driving experiences, trackdays and karting events.
Greeting customers face to face during driver registration and cross selling special offers.
We are looking for someone who has customer service experience, some previous sales experience and can bring enthusiasm and ideas to the team along with a good positive attitude.
Computer skills – basic computer operation, including office and email systems.
Hours – the role is 32 hours a week based on 4 x 8 hour shifts. The office is open 7 days a week; therefore there will be a requirement to work at least one of these days at the weekend. Regular working hours are 9am-5pm with flexibility to cover 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm if required.
Currently this is a temporary role to cover maternity leave and we are looking for the right person to join us by mid-March. The term of the contract is expected to run until 24th of December 2017, however this may change if the maternity leave period changes.
