Event Information

TCR, which uses manufacturer-based touring cars, already operates championships all over the globe including the WTCR (World Touring Car Cup). It’s expected to be an exciting start for the UK championship and with the nature of the Knockhill 1.3 mile circuit, the racing is sure to be door to door. The all-new TCR UK championship will also be supported by series such as:

  • BRSCC Mazda MX-5 SuperCup - 39 drivers are entered for the 2018 Mazda MX-5 Supercup this year which see's the return of last seasons champion Luke Herbert defending his title.
  • Avon Tyres National Formula Ford Championship - Some well known names make a welcome return to Knockhill in the form of Neil MacLennan and Jamie Thorburn alongside the 2017 SMRC Champion Ross Martin with team-mate Seb Melrose making their attack on the National Championship.
  • Caterham Roadsport / Seven 270R / Seven 310R / Seven 420R Championships -  it's the invasion of the Caterhams as over 120 of these incredibly-fast British Sportscars over 4 classes are set loose around the iconic Knockhill Reverse Circuit. Battles throughout the pack and stunning top-speeds on these machines make this a thoroughly entertaining series
  • Toyo Tires Porsche Championship - The popular race series for 924's and Boxsters makes it's debut at Knockhill and with a 26 driver scrap for the 2018 title underway, round 2 at Knockhill becomes a vital part of their season campaign!

Join us in May for what will be an action packed weekend of car racing. If you require any further information please call our friendly team on 01383723337 or alternatively you can email
