For the first time at Knockhill, you too can experience a trip on the wide side as DRIFT TAXI’S blast their way around the famous Fife venue on Sunday 16th May at Modified Live.
For only £10 you can get strapped into the passenger seat as a fleet of drift taxi’s will blast their way around a special course layout SIDEWAYS! Seldom will the car be going in a straight line! With wild slides and tyre shedding during a ride in a Drift Taxi is truly memorable.
TIME ATTACK – cars with around 1000bhp in the Pro Class and Knockhill should see some of the highest speed action anywhere in the UK. With such raw power, Time Attack cars are regularly beating Touring Car lap times AND they are on treaded tyres… amazing! The European Drifting Championships will show the drifting skills to their best with 110mph sideways action at the first corner.
Track action starts at 9am with warm ups followed by heats and finals all afternoon. It’s a tyre smokin’, engine screamin’ festival!!
