Along with top quality Scottish Championship bike racing and an unprecidented SEVEN sidecar races over this weekend, we are delighted to announce some top quality entertainment to add interest and excitement to all visiting on Sunday. Ex WORLD CHAMPION Kevin Carmichael will be thrilling us all in two display times with his amazing bike control as he performs a number of stunts that made him both World Champion and twice European Champion on his two bikes, a Triumph Speed Triple and a 2.3 litre Triumph Rocket 3.
In addidtion, a special PIT LANE WALKABOUT is happening for the first time ever at an event of this stature as a number of the leading SIDECARS will be located in our splendid PIT LANE GARAGES. All sidecar teams will be asked to be present, with their machines proudly on show, as we open the pit lane between 11.20am and 11.40am for all spectators to visit the teams in the pit lane. An ideal chance to get close up photographs and the odd autogragh too.
We will also be having an amazing display of Mini Moto racing around the hairpin trioval during the lunchbreak as wannabe Valentino Rossi’s tear round the hairpin on their pocket sized motorbikes organised by Mr Mini Moto himself Alan Mackintosh. Add in your chance to be taken around the track in our SEATs, a Knockhill Experiences demo and a chance to win tickets for the final Scottish Championship bike event of the year on Oct 3rd via a lucky programme, its all action all day on Sunday.
