Knockhill supports the Dan Wheldon Memorial Drive in aid of Alzheimer’s Society

Four young motor sport enthusiasts from Wheldon Contracts and Services Limited are touring every race track and karting track that Dan Wheldon competed at over the next three days as they raise money for Dan adopted charity Alzheimer’s. Taking in 11 race tracks and 5 kart tracks in their epic 1300 journey, the lads have already raised £1000 with Knockhill being their first stop before moving on the Croft as they head South. They had an extra treat as Johnny Adam, recently voted the UK’s best GT driver, was on site to give them a hot tour of the track in Knockhill’s SEAT Cupra R track car. As one said, “those two laps with Johnny were worth coming to Scotland alone”
