Knockhill Racing Circuit has a vacancy for someone who can answer yes to these questions. Join a small team responsible for the sales, administration and customer care for all experience days.
The role has a lot of day to day variety including:
Answering calls and selling driving experiences, trackdays and karting events.
Greeting customers face to face during driver registration and cross selling special offers.
Working with Sales Manager to create innovative campaigns to generate more sales, including – email marketing, on site marketing, tele-marketing and traditional advertising.
This office based role requires customer service experience, computer skills and a good positive attitude to bring to an enthusiastic team.
Computer skills – basic computer operation, word, any design skills a benefit but not essential.
Hours – The office is open 7 days a week, therefore there will be a requirement for weekend working. This role is for a 10am – 6pm shift, working 5 days per week and 1 week in every 4 working 6 days per week.
