SCOTS BIKE LEGEND Steve Hislop’s memory was celebrated today at the latest round of the British Superbike Championship at Knockhill, writes Jim McGill.
Hizzy, the 41-year-old double BSB champ, and 11-time IoM TT winner, was tragically killed in a helicopter crash 10 years ago.
Today his life was marked by some special laps by former team-mates Doune’s Niall Mackenzie, Jamie Whitham and protege , 29-year-old Stuart Easton from Hawick.
