Our Teen Drive Experience is a gift to get them going… this specifically designed course is tailored to 13-16 years olds to prepare them for when the time comes to get out on the road but also to have some fun learning. In the 3 hours they visit us, they will learn the basics from clutch control, working through the gears then getting moving round the paddock and lower rally stage. They will then hit the garage to get down and dirty learning to change a wheel, check for oil and general basic maintenance. Next is hazard perception they will be taken for an on road drive by our ADI (advanced driving instructor) Instructor then doing it themselves on the computer looking out for potential hazards. Now their heads will be bursting with knowledge they will go and be let loose on our 500m outdoor karting track in our Sodi GT2 karts. With a certification of presentation for them to take away as well as a big grin they will want to come back for more……That’s ok we have follow on experiences such as Teen Drive II and Teen Rally.
