For the second year running, Knockhill has received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence – an award that celebrates excellence in hospitality which is given to establishments that consistently achieve great reviews on Trip Advisor. Certificate of Excellence winners include hotels, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a superior customer experience, and Knockhill are delighted to be included in this prestigious group.
The selection criteria for the award takes into account various elements including the quality, quantity and recency of reviews over a 12-month period. To qualify, the business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least 4 out of 5 stars, have a minimum number of reviews and have been listed on TripAdvisor for more that 12 months.
