Scottish Championship Bike Racing – 6/7 August

The KMSC and Scottish Championship bike racing championships resume this weekend with Knockhill set to welcome 135 of Scotland’s fastest bike racers back to Fife for a thrilling weekend long race event.

Seven Championship classes will take to the track over the weekend of 6/7 August on Knockhill’s Reverse Circuit layout – with a bumper 37 race programme set to take place over the two days.

Saturday will see a number of practice and qualification sessions take place before the first racing action of the weekend gets underway at 1.00pm. Saturday will see 15 races conclude before an early start on Sunday will herald the completion of the programme with another 22 races.

This weekend will also see the KMSC Sidecars make their first appearance at Knockhill in 2016 and will surely add another exciting element to an already thrilling roster. Our KMSC 125 Championship will also see a record number of riders enter, with youngsters from 12years old eligible to compete.

• KMSC & Scottish Superbike Championships
• KMSC Shirlaw’s Clubman Championship
• Scottish and KMSC Skinner Motorcycles Superstock 600 Championships
• Scottish and KMSC Lightweight Championships
• KMSC Cupar Motorcycles Pre-Injection 600 Championship
• KMSC Classic and Formula 125 Championships
• Novice Races – exclusively for Novice (orange bib) racers

Tickets for the event, to be held at Knockhill this weekend can be booked online via the Knockhill.com website; with advanced discounts available on all pre-booked tickets. Tickets will also be on sale during the event – subject to on the day pricing.
