There’s been no love lost in the build up to the Anglo-Scottish Pro-Am Challenge that will see 8 riders from Scotland and England represent their countries in a 12 lap shoot-out over the tight twists and turns of Knockhill akin to the good old days of the RDLC Pro-Am Challenge.
Let’s meet the teams…
Scotland Team Captain Niall Mackenzie said:
“There’s no way the English will get a sniff as we’ve assembled the best Scottish team which were still alive and available and this will be revenge for the Battle of Culloden in 1746.”

England Team Captain Alan Carter said:
“The plan is simple, we are going to take Mackenzie and his Scots to the cleaners. We won’t be taking any prisoners and in any case, I’ve not heard of half the Scots. I heard they did some sneaky testing up here recently but I reckon that’s because they obviously need it.”

It looks all set to be a classic Scotland Vs England encounter, let’s hope we see some moments of magic just like in the football earlier this week. The only Pro-Am Challenge race of the weekend takes place on Sunday, however the guys from both teams will be out for practice and qualifying action throughout the weekend.
If you’s like to join us at our BSB meeting, check out the Knockhill website for ticketing, Camping and Hospitality options. Pre-booking your tickets via the website saves money, however, tickets will also be available throughout the weekend at the gate.
Hope to see you at Knockhill for this thrilling festival of speed.
