The F4 British Championship certifies by FIA – powered by Ford EcoBoost makes a welcome return to Knockhill this weekend as part of the support package for the Dunlop MSA British Touring Cars. Rounds 22, 23 and 24 will see the main title contenders in action ahead of the final rounds at Silverstone and Brands Hatch.
Kiern Jewiss is the man to beat after a strong performance at Rockingham saw his lead extended back to 45 points. The Double R racer took his podium tally to an impressive 14 for the season ahead of this weekend’s action here at Knockhill.
Ayrton Simmons is currently second in the championship and was left wondering what could have been at Rockingham after failing to finish race two and losing a podium to Jewiss on the final lap of race three.
Patrik Pasma will also be looking to keep his momentum going after a stunning maiden win at Rockingham quickly followed by a second win on the same weekend. The Finn is currently 6th in the championship and could easily make up a few places with another strong performance in Scotland
