Speed Sunday...


Pre-booking your trackday - save up to £12 by pre-booking, if you pre-book you will be sent the registration form so you can fill it in before you arrive, this will save you time in the sign on queue.

Entry to the circuit - Any cars on trailers must be parked outside the main gate and the drivers should take the car off and drive through the main gate. ONLY track cars will gain access through the main gate. Spectators will gain entry through the top gate (next to Karting Centre). Gates open from 9am.

Registration - is in The Scotsman Business Centre (next to race control). There are 2 pre-booked queues and 1 pay on the day queue. All passengers will sign on in the Helmet Store. Drivers can now download the registration form and bring it with them on the day to save time. DOWLOAD REGISTRATION FORM HERE.

Drivers Licence - must be shown at sign on. No Licence = no driving!

Please note that the noise limit is 105db.

SESSIONS - There will be up to 6 sessions on the day. When you sign on you will be given a sticker with a number on it. Sessions will start from 1, then 2, then 3 and so on. This  gives you time to work on your car, have some lunch etc as we will be doing tannoy announcements 10 minutes before your session is about to go on track so you can get ready!

ROAD CAR OR TRACK CAR? If your car is taxed and you drive it on road you will be in the road car session, if you do not have tax or an MOT on your car you will be in the track car session. Any cars without a current MOT must hold a Knockhill Scrutineering form, which can be done on the day for £25 (valid for 1 year).

PARKING - the paddock is split into groups, if you have a number 1 sticker you will park in bay number 1 and so on.

Basic vehicle checklist:

No oil, fuel or any other fluid leaks.
Ensure vehicle has all wheel nuts.
Brake lights must work (cars with no brake lights cannot go on track).
Battery must be secured properly.
Seat belt mounting must be secure.
Seat must be secure.
Remove any old scrutineering stickers

No race cars are allowed out on a Speed Sunday car trackday.
