Over the next five weeks at Knockhill we’ll be rounding out our Clubstand events with 3 potential dates for car fans. First up, at our Armed Forces and NHS Appreciation Day on Sunday 10th October, Mini owners will get the opportunity to showcase their vehicles as part of our SMRC raceday.
The Mini Mania event has been taking place for a number of years now and if you are into Minis why not join a small selection of like-minded enthusiasts for a day of entertainment at Knockhill. It’s a relaxed and informal gathering of Mini owners and Clubstand members who come to watch the action on track and mingle on-site parking up in Paddock 3 overlooking the Hairpin. If you own a Mini, you’re more than welcome to join the fold.
Then, it’s the BIG one. INTAKE – on Saturday 16th October. Formerly our Paul Walker Tribute event but redesigned and reimagined for 2021. With up to 350 Clubstand and individual owners already signed up for the show and shine event – it’s looking highly likely that this will be one of our busiest Clubstand events in 2021. The show itself, will be a four-hour extravaganza, wrapped up alongside one of our Hot Hatch Trackdays, but we’ll have lots of additional entertainment on offer to keep everyone amused throughout the day including:

- Race Car Demos and Exhibits
- Drifting Demos
- 4hrs of DJ Sets
- Funfair Rides
- Red Bull Promos & Product
- Trade Stands
- Autosmart Show & Shine Awards
- Over 350 Cars on Show
- Competitions & Giveaways
- Hot Hatch Trackday Sessions
The event itself will run from 9am to 5pm and fans are more than welcome to attend within these times, however, the main content of the day – including the INTAKE event will take place from 11am to 3pm. Hopefully, you’ll all join us as we host one of our biggest Clubstand / Car Show events in recent years.
Rounding out our Clubstand season, and the main Knockhill Events season will be our Live-Action Bonfire and Fireworks night on Saturday 6th November. Showcar booking for the event is available now and it’s an open invitation to clubs, individuals and spectators alike. We’ll have all the usual motorsport themed activities on track, as well as lots off it too. We’ve also enlisted the help of Edinburgh Fireworks to make this one of the biggest and brightest firework displays ever seen at Knockhill. It promises to be a great family-friendly event, with a bit of show and shine competition – led lights are optional – thrown in for good measure.
