Airwaves Racing is set to take the high road across the border this week as round 7 of the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) reaches its most Northerly point at Scotland’s picturesque Knockhill circuit this coming weekend (24/25 August).
Off the back of its most successful weekend of the season at Snetterton earlier in the month, the Airwaves Racing squad heads to Knockhill quietly confident of another fruitful performance.
Airwaves Racing driver Mat Jackson said: “I’m expecting to see the usual antagonists at the front of the pack at Knockhill – all being well we can get in there to mix it up and get ourselves back in the battle for podiums for the remainder of the season.”
Airwaves Racing driver Aron Smith said: “I think we have the right to feel confident coming off our most successful weekend to date. Knockhill has quickly become my favourite track on the calendar and being honest, it’s where my season really took off last year.
