Kieran Gallagher is making his BTCC debut at Knockhill this weekend. In the first practice session of the weekend Kieran completed 21 laps in his Team Hard Vauxhall Insignia, setting a time of 55.264s which put him 23rd.
Kieran said, “The session went well. Starting off it was a bit different and I had a wee spin. You’re never going to know the difference between how far you can push a car or not without coming off so I found that straight away until I got quicker and quicker each lap. I’m settling into the car now and not going too fast but we’ll get there in the end.”
Speaking of his aspirations for the weekend Kieran said, “A top 15 finish would be amazing. Anywhere there or above and we’ll be happy.”
