Over the next 24 hours, McRae Rally Challenge ticket holders should receive an email from us with all your 2020 ticketing options.
Firstly, thank you all for the patience you have shown in order for us to create a system to facilitate the ticketing options for the postponed McRae Rally Challenge event that was set to take place at Knockhill this October.
It’s safe to say we are all extremely disappointed that we had to postpone the event, however, we now have an even longer lead-in time to secure top cars and stars from all over the world for the rescheduled event next year. As soon as we have a definitive date for the event in 2021, we will let you all know.
When the email pops into your mailbox, you’ll be presented with the following three options.
- Transfer: If you choose to transfer your tickets, you’ll receive your new tickets shortly after the 2021 date is confirmed.
- Refund: If you select to refund your tickets, your request will be processed within 14 days.
- Credit: If you choose to have a credit, which can be used on other activities or events at Knockhill, we will create a credit note on our internal systems, for use at a later date.

For security, these options will only be available once. If you wish to consider your options after opening the management portal, please click the link to change your password to access the page later. You will receive a confirmation email once you select which option is appropriate for you.
