SACC Autotsolo Challenge Round 1 Sunday 20th March Knockhill

Bringing you a great opportunity to have some competitive fun in your car,The Scottish Association of Car Clubs is delighted to announce the 2016 Autosolo Series supported by Craig Moncrieff Cars and in conjunction with Mission Motorsport. There will be three events taking place, the first of which is at Knockhill Race Track in Fife on the 20th March. A further two events will take place on the 5th June at Kames, and the 21st August at Ardeer.

The events are open to all road legal cars, with classes based on engine size and a separate class for sports cars. The events will consist of a number of all-forwards courses which will be attempted one at a time against the clock. The courses are more open than an autotest, but not quite a fast as a sprint and are ideal for newcomers as well as more experienced competitors. The routes are user friendly and easy to follow and are not too tough on the cars. This is a great opportunity to try some competitive motor sport and is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

There is a limit to the number of places available for competitors so don’t delay in registering your entry for the event. Entry fees cost £20 which represents great value for money. Entries can be made by contacting Glenrothes Car Club; bill.creevy@btinternet.com / 07740 374458
