Charity fundraising for Reach Out Worldwide at Paul Walker Tribute event

At the Paul Walker Tribute event we will also be charity fundraising for Paul’s own charity – Reach Out Worldwide who aim to be first response when disaster strikes across the globe – to help raise funds we have a number of activities planned on the day to pay tribute to the automotive icon.

A number of replica cars from the movies will be on show, including the Green Eclipse car; which dons most of our promotional literature for the event. Aside from the Green Eclipse car we’ll also see the orange Supra that appeared in the original The Fast and the Furious movie. We’ll also have a number of American muscle cars much like the ones driven by Vin Diesel who plays Walker’s sidekick Dominic Toretto in the highly popular movie franchise.

Collection buckets will be located adjacent to the replica vehicles and we’ll also see a number of Score Angels circulating the venue with donation buckets. For those kind-enough to donate, the girls will take a selfie with all those who donate and we will publish all the selfie pics on our Facebook page later that evening. So, if you want to appear on the KH Facebook page on Sunday night, seek out our Score Angels and donate – even the smallest of sums can help us in eclipsing (no pun intended) last year’s total.

In paddock 2, at the centre of our Show Car display, we’ll also have a Paul Walker Tribute board that you can sign or leave a personal message to the movie icon on; again for a small donation. Additionally, we will have the original Fast and Furious movie playing on a giant screen throughout the event – capping off the Paul Walker Tribute activities – subject to final clearances.

Remember, all proceeds will be going to Reach Out Worldwide and even the smallest donation can help to save lives.

Tickets for the event can be purchased online, and will also be available on the day at the gate.

Note: The Fast and the Furious comes with a 15 Certificate – so parental guidance is advised for any adult taking younger children to Knockhill this weekend. Please check the big screen before venturing into the paddock area.
