Knockhill is an outdoor venue, and some of the bankings and viewpoint areas around the circuit may not be suitable for customers who are wheelchair users or have specific mobility needs.

There are a number of accessible viewing options around the venue, although these can vary depending on the event. Overall, accessibility around Knockhill is good, with most areas accessible via ramps or suitable paths.

Accessible viewing areas include:

• Hairpin Corner: Raised viewing platform with good views of the circuit.
• Main Straight: Raised viewing platform providing excellent views of the racing.

Please note that some areas of the venue have uneven or steep terrain and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or customers with limited mobility.

Blue Badge Parking - British Superbikes & British Touring Car Events

We want to make your visit to Knockhill as easy and accessible as possible.

Pre-booked accessible parking is available for Blue Badge holders at our British Superbikes and British Touring Car events.

Please see below for details of the available parking areas and how to apply.

Zone 1 – Trackside Parking 

For wheelchair users.

Zone 1 is our trackside accessible parking area and is reserved for Blue Badge holders who are wheelchair users.

To park in Zone 1, your Access Card must display the wheelchair symbol.

To apply for Zone 1 parking, please email:

Please include:

• A copy of your Access Card showing the wheelchair symbol
• Your event ticket booking reference

Zone 2  – Accessible Blue Badge Parking

Zone 2 provides hard standing accessible parking close to the circuit and is available to Blue Badge holders who do not meet the Zone 1 wheelchair user criteria.

These areas are suitable for customers who require accessible parking but do not require the trackside Zone 1 facility.

• A copy of your valid Blue Badge
• Your event ticket booking reference

Please note: Zone 2 parking area is not trackside viewing area.

Blue Badge Parking - All Other Events

For all other events at Knockhill, Blue Badge parking is available on the Main Straight.

No pre-booking is required. Simply display your valid Blue Badge clearly when you arrive at the circuit, and our team will direct you to the accessible parking area.

Accessible parking areas and ramps are provided to the main buildings and facilities around the venue.

Accessible toilets are available at:

• Paddocks 1 & 2 – Accessible toilet and accessible shower facilities.
• Karting Centre - Accessible toilet with an adult changing bench.
• Bridge / Disabled Parking Area  
• McIntyres Corner
• Hairpin Corner

Baby changing facilities are available in all accessible toilets, as well as in Kinnaird's Restaurant and the Paddock Café.

Knockhill are proud to partner with Nimbus Disability, operators of the Access Card scheme.

An Essential Companion ticket allows an additional person (or two, if assigned the +2 symbol) to enter free of charge to assist a paying guest.

An Essential Companion ticket is available to guests who require significant, disability-related support beyond what accompanying family or friends can reasonably provide. Essential Companions must be at least 12 years old. This scheme is not available for complimentary or zero-value entry tickets.

Nimbus Disability will review your supporting documentation and confirm your requirements via an Access Card or Nimbus ID number.

How to Apply:

• If you do not have an Access Card/Nimbus ID: Apply via the Nimbus Disability website. You can register your needs exclusively to Knockhill for free, or pay £15 for a 3-year Access Card valid at over 2,000 UK venues. Once approved with a +1 or +2 symbol, contact us at 01383 723 337 or enquiries@knockhill.co.uk

• If you already have an Access Card (+1 or +2 symbol): Contact us at 01383 723 337 or enquiries@knockhill.co.uk with your card details to book. Tickets are also available at the gate upon presenting a valid card.

• Knockhill 2026 Season Pass Holders: Apply via the Nimbus link if you do not already have a card. Once approved, email enquiries@knockhill.co.uk with your Season Pass and Access Card numbers to arrange your companion tickets.

Whilst animals are not generally permitted on site, working assistance animals required by disabled visitors will be considered.

Because of the nature of a live motorsport environment, advance notification is requested so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

Access to certain operational areas may be restricted where this is necessary for health and safety reasons
