    TIMETABLE - Caterham Timetable 12th/13th/14th

     

    Licences: All drivers must produce a current Motorsport UK/FIA Competition Race Licence.  A parent or legal guardian must counter-sign the registration form of participants under the age of 18 years. No access to track will be granted without a licence. 

    Registration: Drivers must complete an online registration document prior to arrival at the venue. 

    Equipment: All drivers must wear helmets and safety clothing, which comply with the relevant governing body’s technical/safety regulations.

    Vehicles: Vehicles must comply with governing body technical/safety regulations and should be presented in the same condition as for racing.  Road cars are not permitted on the circuit.

    Registration Form

     

    You will be sent an online registration document prior to your testing session. Please ensure that you provide us with a current e-mail address and complete this document before you arrive at Knockhill.

    General Testing Sessions Groups

    Pre-season Testing:

    At most pre-event test sessions, these will be split into each class. On general test days there will normally be 3 groups.  

    • Group One - Open Saloons
    • Group Two - Open Saloons (Fast Group)
    • Legends

    Fast Group Explanation:

    Where possible, cars will be segregated in to groups based on lap times to allow for better testing. Cars in the modified sports and saloons, faster classics and possibly the fastest ST and Minis will be organised together allowing for a better testing experience, if numbers permit.

    Terms & Conditions

    • Participants must hold a Motorsport UK race licence and present this at driver registration.
    • All drivers must wear a suitable crash helmet, race suit, gloves, boots, head and neck support device which confirm to the current standards whilst on track.
    • It is your responsibility to ensure that your car will last the duration of the Test day. No refunds or credit will be issued for mechanical or equipment failure.
    • Any filming equipment must be secured inside the vehicle and may be inspected prior to track session. Hand held or helmet cameras are NOT permitted.  The duty manager reserves the right to inspect and remove filming equipment.
    • Any junior aged between 14 – 16 can test amongst seniors with an ARDS A or S instructor beside them.  If they don't have an instructor they can still test but in a junior only session. 

    • The noise limit is 105 dBA
    • Prior to going on track an indemnity form must be completed, this will be sent to you by email in advance, full terms and conditions will be detailed in this document.

    Track Hire

     

    You can hire our internationally recognised racing circuit throughout the year. With full day, half dayand evening options available, we're sure we can provide a tailored solution to match any Corporate/Track Event you may be planning. The track hire rates quoted are inclusive of marshals and medical cover.

    The Racing Track

    Knockhill is renowned as a demanding and exciting track, in equal measure, it is 1.27 miles (2km) long, with a dramatic series of twists, turns, drops and climbs, varying by around 200 feet (60m) from highest to lowest point.

    It is the only FIA graded track of its type in the world that can host both car and bike racing in both directions on the International configuration, has dual licenced National Sprint circuit and a Rallycross track.
