Whether you're new to the BTCC or a lifelong fan, the 2026 season promises non-stop thrills at Knockhill! Across an action-packed weekend, you’ll witness edge-of-your-seat racing as the stars of the BTCC battle it out around Scotland’s National Motor Sport Centre.

We are delighted to welcome back Lokring UK as a key race weekend sponsor for the 2025 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship. In association with Cataclean, they continue to drive innovation and performance throughout Knockhill’s iconic BTCC weekend.

New for 2026, Saturday features an exciting BTCC Qualifying Race, adding even more intensity to the fight for grid positions ahead of Sunday’s main programme. With practice, qualifying, and competitive racing across multiple support championships, there’s non-stop track action from morning to evening.

Practice, qualifying and a 14-race programme will entertain everyone over the weekend of the 8th & 9th August. The unique nature of the Knockhill track promotes the closest racing of the season with cars often airborne as they attack the famous Duffus Dip, Blackcircles Chicane and Clarks!

Local drivers showcasing their talent in the main BTCC class and throughout the support classes, assures there is someone for everyone to cheer on over the two racedays.

Back for 2025: Lokring UK in association with Cataclean returns as a headline race weekend sponsor for the Knockhill round of the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship.

Disabled parking is now fully booked. Blue Badge holders who have already pre-applied and received confirmation will have their space reserved. Any further Blue Badge holders will be parked in general parking areas, but we will do our best to assist where possible. A drop-off and pick-up point is available at the main gate for convenience

Knockhill Racing Circuit, Scotland’s only approved MSA and FIA Internationally graded Motor sports Circuit, hosting major televised motorsport events. The 1.3 mile (2km) track, 30 ft (10m) wide, with a unique series of twists, drops and climbs varying by around 200 ft (60m) from highest to lowest point is the licenced to run Clockwise and Anti-Clockwise configuration giving competitors in Scotland a second circuit and a unique challenge. The picturesque setting just 30 minutes from Edinburgh and 45 minutes from Glasgow, the circuit boasts stunning views over to the Firth of Forth, the Ochil hills and in the distance Wallace Monument.

Kinnaird’s Bistro offers a varied selection of home-cooked meals, drinks and refreshments; Paddock Cafe & Bar offers a selection of breakfast and fast food items. The Paddock Cafe and Bar also has a licensed bar. Both have limited sit-in capacity and grab-and-go options. At events, mobile food outlets will be available throughout the venue - dependent on the size and scale of the event.
