Say hello to the most powerful, fastest accelerating, front-wheel-drive car we’ve ever had the pleasure of at Knockhill. The Type R responds instantly to the driver, no hesitation. Underneath the sculpted bonnet lies a four-cylinder VTEC TURBO engine. It’s no surprise to discover this gives the Type R the ability to sprint from 0-62 mph in 5.8 seconds and achieve 169 mph top speed. Powering the Type R through the dramatic undulations of our famous racing circuit is exhilarating.

Knockhill Racing Circuit is a thrilling 1.27-mile track, renowned for its adrenaline-pumping twists, turns, and dramatic 200-foot elevation changes. As Scotland's only FIA-graded circuit, it accommodates both car and bike racing in both directions, offering a truly unique motorsport experience. I was lucky enough to be given a Ferrari driving experience voucher and what a fun experience it turned out to be. There is a cafe/restaurant to have a bite to eat before the event and I was in a small group of 3. First a safety briefing and helmets fit. I found having glasses it was difficult to get them back on with a good fitting full face helmet and there is a tendency for then to mist up a bit with the helmet on, I did wonder if an open face helmet might be an option for glasses wearers. Friendly relaxed instructors put you at your ease. Next we went out to the track for a series of laps in a Racing Honda Civic with a lot of instruction on lines and driving technique to prepare you for the Ferrari. It's also fun watching the other drivers from the pit wall. Then on to the Ferrari 430 a stunning drive with huge amounts of power again a great patient instructor making it a fantastic experience. This is a FUN FUN FUN experience if you’re reading this and not sure the only thing I can say is just do it you won't regret it.

Great facilities, great friendly staff Attended the BTCC for the weekend. Camped, and the facilities provided were good. Stayed with kids and they loved it and already asking to go again next year! Office staff are fantastic and friendly! I messed up with tickets and they sorted it all without any fuss. I’ve also been for driving experiences and they’re great and make you feel so welcome and make sure you have a great time regardless of your ability.

This was for my son 18th birthday, he had such a good time plus felt he learned a lot, both instructors were really good :) I enjoyed watching it that much I ended up doing it myself!!! Thanks so much for a great day out
