Don’t change a thing :) I cannot fault the communication from you before, during and after the event and the helpfulness of ALL of the staff, especially the gentleman looking after the legends who dug me out of the gravel trap between Hislops and Clarks :)

Good afternoon, I wish to express my gratitude for an excellent experience we had for my partners, birthday. Firstly I had a wonderful service from Lorna who was patient with me, friendly, polite and excellent customer service skills. On the day, the customer service continued to excel and my partner thoroughly enjoyed the experience, I now think I have opened the flood gates and he will be returning regularly! And finally the food was just the cherry on top to end our day, the young girl made us all fantastic chips and set us for the journey through Glasgow in rush hour! I have liked and reviewed your Facebook page. Please pass on my gratitude to your team and I look forward to visiting Knockhill again soon
