Say hello to the most powerful, fastest accelerating, front-wheel-drive car we’ve ever had the pleasure of at Knockhill. The Type R responds instantly to the driver, no hesitation. Underneath the sculpted bonnet lies a four-cylinder VTEC TURBO engine. It’s no surprise to discover this gives the Type R the ability to sprint from 0-62 mph in 5.8 seconds and achieve 169 mph top speed. Powering the Type R through the dramatic undulations of our famous racing circuit is exhilarating.

Knockhill Racing Circuit is a thrilling 1.27-mile track, renowned for its adrenaline-pumping twists, turns, and dramatic 200-foot elevation changes. As Scotland's only FIA-graded circuit, it accommodates both car and bike racing in both directions, offering a truly unique motorsport experience. Bought the Aston Martin Experience for my wife’s 50th birthday, her reaction was priceless; she couldn't wait to drive the car it had been on her bucket list for years. Location was easy to find, plenty of parking, checked in for the event at Kinnaird’s Restaurant and had a delicious lunch (kids menus available) while we waited for the event to start. Organisers kicked the event off right on time, everything was really well organised, my wife had a superb time driving first the Honda Civic Type-R then the Aston Martin Vanquish. Spectators can view from indoor trackside booth or from outdoor trackside for great photo opportunities and a true appreciation of the speed and sound of the track cars. Despite the heavy rain, on and off, this didn't detract from the experience at all. Great experience, highly recommended.

We as a family love Knockhill, highly recommended for any motorsport enthusiasts. The driving experiences are one of the best if not the best in the UK. They give a lot of good advice and feedback throughout your experience and help to make it very enjoyable. I can't wait to return to do another Legends unlimited experience. The new Civic Type R course car is good fun to drive and try-out as well. Be back soon for the BTCC which is also another great day out.

Crazy fun in the Legends in the wet. If you get the chance go try them , highly recommend them. Staff at the circuit are great and helpful. Facilities are very good at the circuit too.

The instructors were fantastic, very friendly and chatty and gave some excellent feedback to help me improve my skills and experience on the day. The track was just simply breathtaking and is something very special and I don’t think there’s anywhere like it. The track itself looked in great condition and well maintained. The structure of the day was excellent and expanded the experience out a little longer.

Visited Knockhill on Thursday for a ‘hot lap’ in the BMW M4. Was expecting it to be interesting to unlikely to have them really show me what the car could do - boy was I wrong! The driver Alan was amazing. Really put the car through its paces while also explaining what he was doing. Fantastic, would recommend to anyone as a gift for your petrolhead family or friends!
