Say hello to the most powerful, fastest accelerating, front-wheel-drive car we’ve ever had the pleasure of at Knockhill. The Type R responds instantly to the driver, no hesitation. Underneath the sculpted bonnet lies a four-cylinder VTEC TURBO engine. It’s no surprise to discover this gives the Type R the ability to sprint from 0-62 mph in 5.8 seconds and achieve 169 mph top speed. Knockhill Racing Circuit is a thrilling 1.27-mile track, renowned for its adrenaline-pumping twists, turns, and dramatic 200-foot elevation changes. As Scotland's only FIA-graded circuit, it accommodates both car and bike racing in both directions, offering a truly unique motorsport experience. Fab day out Family Took stepdaughter here for a teen driving experience and it was excellent. There were a few teens there and were put into groups and got taken out in them. They got taken out individually with an instructor and it was like a proper lesson. Then they got tablets and were given tablet and shown what the theory test was like. Then they were taken out again in the cars and drove round the rally track and finally to finish they got a shot on the go karts. Great way to let teenagers experience driving safely and great day out

My son was there yesterday for a Teen drive and absolutely loved it. The staff were great with the kids and could not fault the day. The package was such good value with driving on a paddock course with junctions and roundabouts so the kids had to follow proper road rules. Next they were driving on the rally course giving them a longer driving time but thankfully not getting shown how to do handbrake turns. In between the driving they also gave the teens mock theory tests in the classroom. To end the day the kids went on the go-karts. The whole experience lasted around 3.5 hours and certainly worth the money. Definitely going to book Teen drive 2 which is more intense.

Daughter had a teen drive experience, she really enjoyed it, as the staff here are brilliant, they take time to explain what needs to be done, how and why. She wants another go. Christmas present me thinks. You get to go out in the car for a while then in the class room for the computer test, remember it’s just to learn then back out in the car again. For the end they get to go in the karts to have a bit of fun. Really, a brilliant 4 hours
