Performance Driving Course - Own Car

Straight to the point, this was amazing. The staff were great, friendly and helpful, but the driving was so much fun. Getting taken round in the Honda, shown what lines to take and what kind of speed you should be doing was really interesting, and push the F1 car as fast as you can down the straights is great. The rally car for me was the best. I think if you can be a bit brave and push yourself a bit, you'll enjoy it a lot more than if you let your nerves get the better of you. I definitely had more fun once I started picking up the speed and using the handbrake. Driving on the track was great, the Honda and F1 style cars were great fun, but the rally driving was next level. Unbelievably fun and adrenaline pumping. I'll definitely be back just for the rally experience again.

The Drive of Your Life - Myself and my partner were gifted the Ferrari and Aston Martin Experience as a present in May this year, we booked our session for the middle of August but on our way to Knockhill they contacted us to say there was an issue with one of the cars, as we were only a few miles away we went in past anyway. The staff were brilliant and rearranged the drive for a time and date that was convenient for us assuring us we would enjoy our day when it came. So we drove back to Knockhill full of anticipation for the day ahead...we arrived were booked in and met our instructor Dave who would guide us around the track. Knockhill is a wonderful place to be, the smell of fuel, the noise from the Formula race cars, the crunching of gravel from the distant rally course and the amazing V8 burble and rumble as the grey ghost that is the Aston Martin DB9 Vantage crests the last corner and heads past the pit wall! The coaching session is like sitting with a driving examiner who just wants you to go faster, smoother, and to the limit - but always with the utmost safety in mind. The practice laps done, driver ability assessed we were given the all clear to get behind the wheel of the Aston.and Ferrai, This was the drive of my life in the most exquisitely engineered pieces of automotive excellence. The laps are over all too quickly, you gain confidence but are always aware of where you are, with your on board instructor, this time Craig sitting alongside ensuring that you get the best out of the experience. I would like to thank everyone at Knockhill who made our day so incredible... Would I recommend this to anyone...well yes, I haven't shut up about it since. Well done Knockhill, you definitely get Pole Position and take the Chequered Flag for a win win win!

My husband was given a voucher for the triple track experience for his Xmas so we had booked in for today. Weather wasn’t great but it didn’t spoil his experience at all! He got 10 laps in 3 different vehicle types and we were able to watch him either outside near the track or a viewing place from above. The staff were amazing and very friendly and let our 2 boys have a seat in one of the cars which made their day. There is an excellent cafe, Kinnairds, where you go before getting called to start your driving. Reasonable prices and lovely food and cakes. The link sausage roll was just what was needed on such a wet day!! Would highly recommend and we will definitely go back and would also buy a voucher for a special present for a friend or family!
