Scottish Tuning Show 2010

Today at Knockhill saw the first outing or the rebranded Scottish Tuning Show. In what was a spectaular show which included stunts, drifting demos, car clubs, trade stands and plenty of babes.

The Fuel Girls put on a fantastic fire breathing, loop hanging car washing extravaganza which also saw numerous brave souls taking to the stage for some light-hearted public humiliation.

STS 2010

Babestation, Britain’s longest running babe channel also entertained the vast crowds with a topless tug of war, bikini carwash and the over 18’s only Babestation Extreme area. For those brave enough to enter they managed to meet the girls and some even endured the hot tub as scantly clad beauties splashed alongside them.

On track we had some of our Hot Hatch drivers testing their machines infront of the avid audience. We also saw a return to Knockhill of Kevin Carmichael (world Stunt Driving Champion) with his impressive stunt driving skills on two and four wheels.

Boogie from Forth One’s popular breakfast show, Boogie in the Morning was also on hand to gee up the crowd and conduct several rounds of the Miss STS 2010 competition.

Car Club stands also formed an improtamt part of the show and a vast array of modified models were displayed by their enthusiastic owner’s. In the end though, it was the Vauxhall Car Club boys who scooped the top prize and with it a cheque for £500.

Events Director Stuart Gray commented, “Congratulations must go to Live Promotions, they’ve put on a fabulous show and with the help and collaboration of our own staff it’s be a terrific event.”
