The weekend will also see Knockhill step back in time with the 80s Yamaha Rewind Festival. Hundreds of LC and TZ owners will be celebrating the iconic Motorcycles by showing, parading and even taking them to their limits in our Trackday session!

Niall Mackenzie will be our star guest over the weekend bringing his superbly restored RD350LC. This is a 1982 model and was a complete nut and bolt restoration job by Niall himself.  He says he thoroughly enjoyed revisiting the inner workings of the ‘Elsie’ and rebuilding it to completely original spec. It was on an identical machine that the triple BSB champ and works Grand Prix rider started his career with an impressive third place at Carnaby in 1981. Mackenzie went on to commence his winning ways with victory at Knockhill one week later and the rest – as they say – is history.

So, if you are a Yamaha LC or TZ owner, or fan, then make sure you get yourself booked up for this special event in June.
