Tarmac rallying in Scotland has exploded in the last couple of seasons and the start of 2016 looks just the same. The entry list has just been released for the Border Ecosse Car Club run tarmac rally on January 10th and the upwards trend is continuing. A huge entry and some quality cars and stars entered for Round 1 of the Blackwood Plant Hire Scottish Tarmac Rally Championship. So if you fancy getting your first dose of motor sport in 2016, the rally is a great event to watch, very similar to the McRae Rally Challenge with action where ever you look. Its an open service area so you can see the cars getting worked on at close quarters. Action will be non stop from 8.30am through to darkness with tickets available now.
