We are looking to grow the team who are responsible for the sales, administration and customer care for all individual driving experience days, corporate groups, trackdays and karting events. Along with targeted sales experience and an attitude that puts our customers first; positivity, enthusiasm the ability to generate ideas are the qualities at the top of our wish list.
This varied role includes responding to inbound telephone enquiries, getting creative with pro-active marketing over various platforms and becoming the friendly face that meets our customers before, during and after their exciting experience at Knockhill Racing Circuit.
To be successful, you need to be thorough, motivated and quick to learn. You’ll be a positive, forward thinking person and not afraid to muck in. An element of weekend working will be involved.
Hours are negotiable for the right person, ideally 30 – 37.5 hours per week and you will be able to start in April.
We would also love to hear from capable students who could come on board and support our sales and admin team on a seasonal basis (May-Sept) and bring some of the qualities listed above.
