TCR UK Series testing recap

The TCR UK Series cars headed out onto track for the first time today – in four test sessions allowing drivers and teams a chance to acclimatise to the tricky twists and dips of the Knockhill Reverse Circuit.

Round one winner, Dan Lloyd set the early running in the opening practice sessions whist his closest rival from that opening round, Aiden Moffat suffered a torrid return to his home track – which required the front end of his Alfa Romeo Giulietta to be rebuilt.

Despite the team’s woes, Moffat made the final test session of the day, and went on to record the third fastest time of the session behind Lloyd and Knockhill newcomer Andreas Backman.
