Sunday 24th June will see Knockhill host it’s first stand-alone American themed car show – running alongside one of our regular Hot Hatch Car Trackdays. We’d like to invite anyone with an American car, truck, pickup or bike along to the show. It’s free to exhibit your car and anyone showing a car will get free entry to the event as well. Any accompanying passengers on the day will also receive admission at the concession rate price (£8 in advance and £10 on the day).
Whilst you are here, you can either park up and just enjoy the event, or you can participate in optional show ‘n’ shine competitions and parade laps around the Knockhill track at lunchtime – we’ll line all the American cars up for a photo at the Knockhill Hairpin – a great momento of the day. For those who want the full Knockhill experience – sessions on track are available (pre-booking advised) and if we get enough American cars booking in, we’ll run dedicated American car sessions.
Our Show ‘n’ Shine competitions are always a popular addition to these events and we’ll have trophies and goodies up for grabs in the following classes – pre 80s, 81-00, and post 2000 vehicles. It’s simple to get yourself involved, just head on over to our show car booking form and let us know what you are bringing, and how many passenger tickets you’ll require (at the concession rate). Additionally, if you want to take to the track, you can also book your session via the link below at a price of £69. For that, you’ll receive 6×12 minute sessions throughout the day on the unique undulations of Knockhill’s International Racing Track.

It would be great if you could attend – so come along and enjoy an America themed day at Knockhill. To add in additional authenticity we’ve enlisted the help of Rockabilly band Cherry Red 53 – who’ll transform the Knockhill Clubhouse into our very own American 50s diner. The Dunfermline Kings, American Football Team, will also be on hand to add in their own unique blend of American culture.
Our Hot Hatch Trackday is open to all makes of car. If we have enough American cars booking in, we’ll run American only sessions. Otherwise, please be aware that if you book track time you may be on track with non-American models.
Spectator tickets are priced at £13 (Adult), £8 (Concession) and £34 (Family) in advance. Those prices will rise to £15, £10 and £40 on the day of the event. Therefore, pre-book your tickets online and save ahead of the event on Sunday 24th June.
