KMSC Bike Racing this weekend 28/29 July

This weekend at Knockhill, we get back to action on 2-wheels with the latest rounds of Scottish Championship and Knockhill Motor Sports Club bike racing. In all, we’ll see 33 races over the course of Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th July.

Over 140 riders will tackle the twists and dips of the Knockhill’s Reverse Circuit with seven Championships competing on the day. Action comes from Scotland’s fastest riders in the Scottish Superbike class as well as youngsters from the age of 12 competing in our KMSC 125 Championship class – and everything in between.

For this round, we’ll also be welcoming back the Scottish Sidecar contingent for another round of races at Knockhill Racing Circuit. We’ll have 14 crews lining up on mixture of F1 and F2 machinery that should provide plenty of entertainment for fans who make their way to Fife this weekend.

Action kicks off on Saturday with a number of warm up and qualifying sessions before the first racing action of the day takes place at approximately 1pm. From there, we’ll witness some close racing as all seven classes race through the 14-race schedule.

On Sunday, the action will come thick and fast, with a 10-minute warm up for each class at the start of the day before we head into a mammoth 19-race schedule that should end at approximately 5pm.

KMSC race events are all action days out for the entire family. There’s always something going on track and whether you are watching from the Hairpin or Duffus dip you’re always only yards from the action. You can also watch around the entire venue with shelters, seating and action around every bend of Knockhill’s 1.27miles of tricky tarmac.

Tickets for the event can be per-booked online now via the Knockhill website or alternatively, tickets can also be booked at the gate throughout the weekend.

Hope to see you here.
