Rugby legend and MND campaigner Doddie Weir visits Knockhill

The team at Knockhill were left in awe and inspired by the recent visit by Doddie Weir OBE, the ex-Scotland and British Lions rugby player who is now battling the onset of Motor Neurone Disease brought his family along for a day of thrills and spills on our Rally stage.

Doddie has already raised millions with his best-selling book and is tirelessly campaigning and fund raising around the world for MND research, including a recent trip to Hong Kong. On his trip to Knockhill, it was his three sons that took centre stage as they took part in the Knockhill Rally Experience with Doddie looking on.

It is worth taking 5 minutes to watch this video of Doddie and his sons at Knockhill under the watchful eye of rally instructors Mikey Gray and Dennis Hobbs.
