25 years ago on Sunday, Colin McRae and Derek Ringer made rallying history by winning the World Rally Championship. Colin became the first Brit to win the title, and at the time, the youngest driver too.
On this momentous weekend, are delighted to be announcing the confirmed date of the (postponed) 2nd McRae Rally Challenge at Knockhill will be October 2nd and 3rd 2021. One upside of the delay will be Jimmy, Alister and Max all going head to head in the invitational rally event – dubbed the ‘Battle of the McRae’s!” 50 crews will do battle but all eyes will be on the three generations of the McRaes! The first event brought world rally stars together and a display of 23 of Colin’s Cars!
