Christmas Speed Sunday Success

The sight of Santa, his little elves and reindeer met all the Speed Sunday drivers yesterday upon arrival to get the Christmas themed event off on the right foot. OK, it wasn’t Santa, it was Big Jim our gate steward, but at least he looked the part!

There after, it was free mince pies, a free hot drink and Christmas songs as the track echoed to action all day long with really mild conditions.  Action was almost non stop, giving those on track a fantastic amount of track time.  Off track, it was busy too with plenty to look at as a number of car clubs had made special effort to put on a show, and we were graced by the presence of two delightful Score Angles, courtesy of the News of the World and Erin Gavin Models. As Lisa and Danni made their way around the paddock, they certainly hit the mark with all the (male) drivers and spectators.

We are all looking forward to Christmas and the New Year with the first track action scheduled to take place on January 24th and February 21st with track action each day from 10am to 4pm. Put a note in your diary, remember, these are great value for money days, you get so much track time. See you all next year and remember to keep checking Knockhill.com for the latest event news.
