Renault will be showcasing 12 vehicles on the stand at Scottish Motor Show . The stand will show the soon to be launched Megane Coupe Cabriolet which completes the renewal of the Megane family.
The New Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet builds on the strengths that helped forge the success of its predecessor. It brings head-turning looks, plus a genuine sense of freedom thanks to its panoramic glass roof and the forward position of its windscreen. With a third place on the podium at the Monaco Grand prix last weekend, Renault are proud of their Sports heritage and will be showcasing the new award winning Renault Sport range : the Twingo RS 133, Clio RS200 and the Megane RS 250 . These will be sitting beside the Renault Fomula 1 car. Guests at the Motor show will also get the chance to be driven round the track in the Twingo or Megane RS.
Talking about Monaco again, the Laguna Coupé has always been one of the most striking two-door coupés. Now Renault’s designers have enhanced the two door’s svelte lines with a striking new Monaco GP limited edition.
Rounding off the new version’s impressive range of features are Bluetooth®, BOSE sound system, electric and heated front seats, multi-functional TunePoint (for portable music players), front and rear parking sensors, tyre pressure monitor and fully integrated Carminat TomTom satellite navigation.
However the big star at the weekend is the favourite of all Renaults. The Clio. This week Renault celebrates 20 years of the much loved car and to celebrate are selling 1000 cars at 1990’s prices. Yes only £7450 for a Clio Extreme. And when you look at what is now standard on a Clio , it is a big difference.
