Part one of the B.D.C. voted a great success

The inaugural use of the hairpin and twin track format was voted a great success by all the Semi Pro drivers today at the fourth round of the British Drifting Championships. As the Pro and Super Pro ran the daunting first corner layout, the Semi Pros had their practice and qualifying around the tri oval at the hairpin in front of an enthusiastic crowd.

Action starts tomorrow (Sunday 21st August) at 8.45am with qualifying for the Pros and Super Pros as all action returns to the famous first corner layout. Adult admission is £12, concessions £6 and under 12’s free. Action will continue all the way to 5pm for the finale of the Super Pro competitors featuring the top runners of Mark Luney, Shane Lynch, Simon Perry and Matt Carter.
