What’s On Guide ahead of this weekend

In our latest What’s On Guide, Duncan looks ahead to the Hot Hatch Car Trackday this weekend (Sunday 24th June), that will also see us host our first-ever American themed motor show.

So, much like Dunc, if you are into American muscle cars or classic cars from yesteryear then Knockhill may just be the destination for you on Sunday 24th June. As mentioned, this will be our first American Motor Show and as such sees a special introductory offer for all American car owners. Simply arrive at Knockhill in an American made car (Ford Fiestas don’t count) and you’ll get free admission to the event for the driver, and the concessionary rate entry for any passengers inside the car.

On track, there are still spaces available in our Hot Hatch Car Trackday where you’ll take your own wheels around the famous Knockhill twists and dips. The track driving sessions are open to any make and model, and if we muster enough numbers we’ll run American only sessions as well.

The price of on track diving is £69 in advance and £79 on the day. You can arrive at the Circuit for showing and track driving on the day, however, we’d always advise to pre-book to guarantee your space.

Some of the models already registered for our car show, set to take place in Paddock 2 include, Mustangs, Skylarks, Dodge Chargers, Pontiac Firebird Trans Ams and Corvettes.

Cherry Red 53, will also be on hand playing Rockabilly style music in the Clubhouse and the Dunfermline Kings American Football team will be on hand to add in their own brand of entertainment.
